Application received
2026

Thank you for applying.

We have your application for the 2026 Entrepreneurship Bootcamp, and we read every one properly. We will email you before the Bootcamp starts on 14 September, with your Classroom invite and everything you need to join.

One thing you can do now

Check Teams works

Our live sessions run on Microsoft Teams: it is where the six live sessions happen, and where you post your questions in the chat. We have set up a test meeting so you can check it works on your device now, rather than finding out on the night. It takes two minutes. Nobody will be there: an empty meeting screen means it worked, and that is all you need to see.

Test meeting only

Join the empty room

This link is only for testing your setup. It is not the link for the sessions themselves: we will email you a separate joining link before the Bootcamp starts.

New to Teams? Watch the introduction

A short video walkthrough, if you would rather see it done first.

No microphone or camera needed

Sessions are a talk followed by questions, and questions go through the chat, so all you need is to be able to listen and type. If your device has no camera, or your connection is slow, you can still take part fully.

On a phone or a computer

On a phone you will need the Teams app. On a computer you can use the app or click "Continue on this browser". You do not need a Microsoft account: choose "Join as a guest" and enter your name.

If the test does not work

Try the other option: the app if the browser failed, the browser if the app failed.

Save the dates

Block out the week now

Getting the dates into your calendar early is the single best thing you can do today, so nothing clashes with the sessions. All times are UK time. These entries hold the time only: they do not carry the Teams joining link, which we will email you closer to the start.

Add every date at once

One download covers all six taught sessions and both optional sessions. It works with Apple Calendar, Outlook, Google Calendar, and anything else that reads calendar files.

Optional preparation

New to Google Classroom?

Classroom is the other half of the bootcamp: it holds your lessons, assignments, and recordings. It is free, it works on a phone, and this short introduction will get you comfortable well before day one. Nothing here is required, so treat it as optional.

Bring someone to build with

Business is collaborative, so you can enter the Dragons' Den on your own or in partnership with another student. We would recommend a partner: two people sharpen an idea faster than one, and teamwork is part of what the panel is looking for.

We are now accepting extended applications up to 13 September.

If there is someone you would want to build with, send them the page.
