A free, two-session bootcamp equipping up to 50 young Nigerians with practical money skills they can use immediately, taught by local entrepreneurs who have lived it.
Participants will learn how to budget on irregular income, save and invest through platforms available in Nigeria, understand insurance and risk management, and practise virtual trading on a free simulation platform.
Everything is taught by people who have navigated naira volatility, built businesses in Lagos and Abuja, and used the very same platforms you will learn about.

Currently serving as an Operations Associate at Post Assurance Brokers Ltd, Olatunji combines deep technical expertise with strategic execution to deliver efficient insurance operations.
A committed lifelong learner, he holds an OND and B.Sc. in Insurance, is an Associate of both the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) and the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB), and is currently a master's candidate in Risk Management and Insurance at the University of Lagos.

Dr Ayodele Ibrahim Shittu is an Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Economics at the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He earned his PhD from Soochow University in Jiangsu Province, People's Republic of China.
Since returning to Nigeria in 2014, he has served the University of Lagos in several strategic capacities, including Deputy Director of the Entrepreneurship and Skills Development Centre, Faculty of Social Sciences Examination Officer, and Coordinator of the Master in Public and International Affairs (MPIA) programme. He is currently Programme Coordinator at the Centre for Economic Policy Analysis and Research (CEPAR).
He was among the pioneering Senior Research Fellows at the FATE Institute, the research arm of FATE Foundation Nigeria, and among the pioneering MATASA Fellows in Africa, an initiative sponsored by the Mastercard Foundation. In 2025, he was one of three recipients of the maiden SAHARA Make-A-Difference (MAD) Award at the University of Lagos.
He has published extensively on teenage entrepreneurship and innovation mindsets, and is passionate about equipping young people with entrepreneurship competence, innovation capacity, and employability skills. He recently completed his assignment as Team Lead in the newly established Office of Career Development Services (UNILAG-OCDS), where he pioneered institution-wide initiatives to improve students' employability and workplace readiness.

Femi Oladele is an academic, researcher, and industry consultant with over a decade of experience spanning accounting, entrepreneurship, and public policy. Driven by a mission to combat poverty and illiteracy, his work focuses on advancing financial literacy, financial inclusion, and entrepreneurial and educational outcomes for young people across Africa.
He currently serves as Lead Coach at MORE by Meristem, where he heads the design, development, and deployment of a youth-focused digital learning platform. He is an Executive in Residence at Miva Open University, lecturing MBA students, and an Instructional Facilitator at the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN). In 2023/2024 he was a Visiting Research Scholar at the Freiburg Institute for Basic Income Studies (FRIBIS) at Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg, Germany, researching the political dynamics of conditional cash transfer programmes in Nigeria.
Femi is also a Senior Research Fellow at The FATE Institute and a Non-Executive Director at a Y Combinator-backed company. He has singly and jointly authored over 25 scholarly publications covering accounting, innovation, technology, and sustainability, chaired the Local Organising Committee of an academic conference, and served on numerous university boards and committees.
Beyond the classroom, he is a prominent voice in the entrepreneurship ecosystem, frequently appearing on national television to discuss MSME development and youth empowerment. He is an alumnus and a member of the 2026 Technical Advisory Council of the Emerging Political Leaders Fellowship (EPLF), and an advocate for intellectual property rights. As Lead Consultant at Driven and Directed Limited, The Educationary Place, and Oje Funfun, he provides strategic educational and business support to emerging entrepreneurs and institutions.
Femi holds PhD, Master's, and Bachelor's degrees in Accounting from Bowen University. Henrietta Iweze is a lawyer with over 25 years of core banking leadership experience. She holds an MSc in Banking and Finance and a Master's in Business and Law (Technology and Innovation).
She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, a Fellow of the National Institute of Credit Administration, Nigeria, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria, as well as a Microfinance Certified Banker (Nigeria).
Through practice and training, she has built in-depth knowledge of wealth management and financial planning. As former Head of Premium Banking at Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria Limited, she and her team supported emerging affluent clients to create, grow, and retain their wealth.
