Professors Without Borders is proud to launch the NGO Fellowship, a year-long professional development programme designed to strengthen leadership, collaboration, and innovation among African NGO leaders.

Through collaborative learning and resource sharing, the Fellowship supports leaders in enhancing their organisations’ impact, sustainability, and regional networks.

This first edition brings together 14 exceptional NGO leaders for an engaging, peer-driven learning experience focused on zero-cost capacity building and practical, immediately applicable skills.

FAQs

How long does the Fellowship last?

The Fellowship will take place over one year with monthly online meetings that include guest speakers. Fellows will be encouraged to set the agenda for and participate in mentoring cohorts in the second year to deepen mentoring and networking opportunities.

Each meeting will be moderated by a guest specialist in the chosen theme. There will be a short presentation, followed by questions and an opportunity for idea exchange and discussions.

Meetings are held monthly online on the last Thursday of each month at 18:00-19:00 EAT

There are no costs for Fellows. 

All contributions, sponsorships and donations towards our work, however, are greatly appreciated.
