Our Expectations

In collaboration with the University of Cape Coast (UCC), we are seeking a volunteer to teach a one-week course to students and faculty.

The programme in Advanced Analytics & Machine Learning seeks to demonstrate the real-world applications of machine learning for the workplace, and support the employability of UCC Business and Economics graduates.

We pride ourselves on offering high-quality teaching and learning opportunities, with interactive and engaging workshops.

In exchange for this work, we will cover your visa, insurance, accommodation, transport costs.

No formal teaching qualification necessary.

Objectives

1. Promote the ethical use of Generative AI in the Professional Workplace

2. Provide hands-on training on text mining, clustering and classification to build a foundation of data science fundamentals.

3. Improve understanding of the possibilities of Machine Learning and their current strengths and limitations

Our Partner

The University of Cape Coast is a public university in Ghana. Initially a teacher education college, it has expanded to offer a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs including the arts, sciences, law and business.

Known for its picturesque campus, UCC is committed to providing a vibrant and varied campus life for its students as well as producing high-quality research and community impact.

Our programme will be available to primarily Business and Economics graduate students, but also to some faculty members.
