(Photo: Professeurs Sans Fronti\u00e8res).<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Premier centre de fonds d'investissement en Europe, le Luxembourg fait face \u00e0 un paradoxe saisissant : ses jeunes affichent l'un des niveaux de culture financi\u00e8re les plus faibles de l'OCDE. Pour combler ce foss\u00e9, Professeurs Sans Fronti\u00e8res\/Professors Without Borders a.s.b.l. a lanc\u00e9 un Bootcamp in\u00e9dit de Litt\u00e9ratie Financi\u00e8re, ouvrant les portes de grandes institutions \u00e0 une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration qui n'y avait pas encore acc\u00e8s. Ce programme a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 du soutien financier de l'\u0152uvre Nationale de Secours Grande-Duchesse Charlotte.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette initiative est port\u00e9e par un bin\u00f4me compl\u00e9mentaire : Caroline Varin, CEO de Prowibo, qui d\u00e9ploie une mission d'\u00e9quit\u00e9 globale \u00e0 travers le monde , et Lise Mouschang, jeune dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e luxembourgeoise de la LSE et de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 d\u2019Oxford, pour qui l'\u00e9ducation financi\u00e8re ne se limite pas \u00e0 la gestion de l'argent ; elle constitue un v\u00e9ritable levier d'\u00e9mancipation politique et \u00e9conomique pour la jeunesse du Grand-Duch\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n<h3>L'excellence financi\u00e8re : un horizon \u00e0 port\u00e9e de main<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Capitale mondiale de la gestion de fonds, le Luxembourg h\u00e9berge plus de 5 000 milliards d'euros d'actifs sous gestion, et pourtant, selon l'OCDE (2023), ses 18-29 ans manquent de formation \u00e0 l'investissement. L'excellence financi\u00e8re mondiale du Grand-Duch\u00e9 reste, pour l'heure, hors de port\u00e9e de sa propre jeunesse.\n\nC'est pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette urgence que le premier Bootcamp de Litt\u00e9ratie Financi\u00e8re a vu le jour. Entre le 17 avril et le 2 mai, 20 participants \u00e2g\u00e9s de 16 \u00e0 22 ans ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accueillis par White &amp; Case, CaixaBank Asset Management et Nordic Capital pour apprendre les fondamentaux des finances personnelles et de l'investissement directement aupr\u00e8s de ceux qui en font leur m\u00e9tier, qui ont partag\u00e9 non seulement leur expertise professionnelle, mais aussi leurs exp\u00e9riences et parcours personnels.<\/p>\n\n<h3>De la th\u00e9orie \u00e0 la pratique : g\u00e9rer 100 000 \u20ac<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le programme va bien au-del\u00e0 de la salle de classe. \u00c0 l'issue du Bootcamp, les participants entament deux mois de mentorat individuel avec des professionnels de la place financi\u00e8re issus des institutions partenaires. Encadr\u00e9s par leurs mentors, ils g\u00e8rent d\u00e9sormais un portefeuille fictif de 100 000 \u20ac. \u00c0 l'issue de cette p\u00e9riode, un jury ind\u00e9pendant r\u00e9uni chez Deloitte d\u00e9signera la strat\u00e9gie d'investissement la plus rigoureuse et la plus aboutie.<\/p>\n\n<h3>L'\u00e9ducation comme levier d'\u00e9quit\u00e9 sociale<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En ouvrant les portes du centre financier \u00e0 la jeunesse locale, Prowibo cherche \u00e0 d\u00e9mystifier un secteur souvent per\u00e7u comme inaccessible, et particuli\u00e8rement intimidant pour les femmes. Avec un groupe d\u2019\u00e9tudiants compos\u00e9 \u00e0 56 % de participantes, l'ONG s'attaque frontalement aux st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes de genre li\u00e9s \u00e0 l'argent et \u00e0 l'investissement.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El\u00e9onore Pereira, 17 ans et \u00e9tudiante \u00e0 l\u2019ECG, illustre cette ambition : \u00ab Mon but est de devenir ind\u00e9pendante, d'avoir mon entreprise comme source de revenu principale, mais aussi d'\u00eatre investisseuse et de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer ainsi des revenus compl\u00e9mentaires. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour l\u2019ONG Professeurs Sans Fronti\u00e8res, ce Bootcamp est bien plus qu'un programme \u00e9ducatif : c'est un espace de networking interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnel.
