Earlier in his career, he worked in London as an Associate Director within Standard Chartered Bank&rsquo;s Infrastructure and Development Finance Group, where he originated and executed infrastructure and project finance transactions across Asia, Africa and the Middle East.<\/p>\n              <p data-i18n=\"bio-sam-2\">Sam holds an MSc from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from HEC Lausanne, including an exchange programme at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is actively involved in Luxembourg&rsquo;s civic and international community, serving on the boards of the Economist Club Luxembourg, the Oxford University Society of Luxembourg and the British-Luxembourg Society. He is also a member of Rotary and Round Table Luxembourg, as well as the London-based Royal African Society, and a Fellow of the Royal Asiatic Society in London.
