It guides educators in designing assessment strategies that go beyond rote memorization to measure deeper learning, critical thinking, and applied skills for the 21st century workforce. The focus is on creating a balanced, transparent, and defensible assessment framework that supports learning.<\/p><ul><li>Inspire (Strategic Vision &amp; Opportunity): Design and justify assessment methods that integrate AI to offer professional and real-world skills development in both AI literacy and core discipline-related skills.<\/li><li>Empower (Practical Integration &amp; Governance): Develop a clear adoption roadmap for integrating AI into an existing assessment.<\/li><li>Educate (Ethics, Legal, &amp; Risk Management): Analyze the ethical, legal, and quality assurance risks associated with integrating AI into assessments. Staff will be able to propose and justify integrations to ensure AI deployments are responsible, compliant, and maintain high educational standards.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>2) AI For Education: Train-the-Trainer Student Champions<\/p><p>Peer-to-Peer learning is highly effective as a method of creating culture change. This ToT course will train a select group of highly motivated students to use different AI applications ethically to aid their studying. By the end of this course, graduated Student Champions will be able to teach their peers how to:<\/p><ul><li>Inspire (Ethical Curiosity) Model curiosity, integrity, and ethical academic practice while demonstrating how AI can enhance, not replace, critical thinking and creativity in academic study.<\/li><li>Empower (Practical Use) Use AI tools to support their learning, helping them develop practical skills in selecting appropriate AI applications and evaluating outputs critically.<\/li><li>Educate (Academic Integrity) Be able to avoid academic misconduct through the ethical, transparent, and effective use of AI in academic work.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>3) AI For Entrepreneurship (Students)<\/p><p>This course merges the structured, human-centered approach of Design Thinking, the execution-focused discipline of Entrepreneurship with the emerging technology of generative AI. Students will learn a repeatable, five-stage process (Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test) to quickly identify unmet user needs, rapidly develop innovative solutions using AI agents, and be able to validate market viability. The curriculum emphasizes moving quickly from concept to a viable Minimum Viable Product (MVP).<\/p><ul><li>Inspire (Opportunity Recognition &amp; Innovation): Identify opportunities where AI can enable innovative business ideas and create value. Students will explore how AI-driven insights can support opportunity recognition, creative problem-solving, and the development of sustainable and scalable startup concepts.<\/li><li>Empower (Prototyping, Validation, &amp; Execution): Apply AI tools to key entrepreneurial activities such as market research, product ideation, marketing strategy, and business model development. Students will use AI to prototype solutions, analyze market data, and design evidence-based startup strategies.<\/li><li>Educate (Ethical Risk Management &amp; Strategic Communication): Students will learn how to deploy AI responsibly in business contexts while ensuring transparency, data protection, and responsible innovation.
