Caroline Varin holds a PhD in International Relations and an MSc in Comparative Politics from the London School of Economics, an LLM in International Law from the Universita di Bologna, Italy, and a BA in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.<\/p>

She has worked as a lecturer, a mentor and a tutor in Europe and the UK, the United States and in Central America. Caroline is passionate about education and finding new ways to upskill, stimulate and encourage students.<\/p>

Caroline has experience managing projects, organizing conferences and developing communication strategies for a variety of clients and sectors in Africa, the Middle East and Europe. She has also written a wide variety of articles on international security issues, has five books in print and regularly consults with governments and academic institutions. Tessy is a Social Entrepreneur, Business Woman, Philanthropist, UNAids Ambassador, Public Speaker, Activist, and Mother.<\/p>

Tessy is founder and partner of the Global consultancy \u2018 Finding Butterflies\u2019. Some of her clients\u2019 projects include the new global partnership with the Montessori St. Nicholas Group in the UK and Vodaphone global. Tessy is also the newly appointed associate at LSEideas at the London School of Economics.<\/p>

Her commitment to education can also be seen in her Foundation, Prowibo \u2013 that brings top-level educators and global experts to the doorsteps of students worldwide, in order to develop talent.<\/p>

Moreover, Tessy is an ambassador for UNAIDS (Global Advocate for Young Women and Adolescent Girls) and is the patron to UNA-UK. In the past, She spent five years in the Luxembourg military, during which she was deployed in Kosovo as a peacekeeper and the only woman of her draft.<\/p>

Tessy actively promotes a number of issues, including global health and women\u2019s rights. She is passionate about pushing her different agendas to benefit the Sustainable Development Goals and has committed her time and energy to further the work of organisations in which she believes in. Moreover, she is actively committed to strengthening basic human rights for all and empowering young women and adolescent girls around the world. She received the Woman of the Decade award from the Women Economic Forum in January 2017, the Humanities medal for spreading humanistic ideas worldwide and the Global Empowerment Award for her work in Africa.<\/p>

Katarzyna (Kasia) is experienced in public policy strategies with more than 10 years\u2019 experience running successful social impact campaigns and\u00a0advocating on a wide range of legislative, regulatory and legal challenges. She has an outstanding record of achievement guiding the design, development, and implementation of policies and programs at the European and international levels on issues such as inequalities, financial reforms and digitalization. She was the European Commission expert advising on the reviews of the European acquis from the social perspective.<\/p>

Fascinated by how technology is impacting our lives and forging new pathways for society she is involved in the discussion on the future of work and digital for development at the EU level. She is currently working on a series of workshops aiming at digital transition and teaching digital skills for the social sector.\u00a0<\/p>

Rachel specialises in short-term, intensive programmes focused on communications, essential business and academic skills, and English for Speakers of Other Languages. Her belief is that education must be exciting and relevant, and this principle is the bedrock of her curriculum design and facilitation style. Rachel has worked with a variety of institutions and private and corporate clients in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. She obtained a BA with High Distinction in East Asian Studies from the University of Toronto and an MSc in International Management at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS).<\/p>

She spent fifteen years in business, gaining valuable experience in the finance, energy, and non-profit sectors, most notably with Goldman Sachs and the UNHCR, before returning to education. Sven is an Assistant lecturer in Politics & International Relations at the University of Johannesburg. He holds a BSc in Political and International Studies from Monash University, a BA Hons in Politics and International Relations and MA in Politics, both awarded with Distinction from the University of Johannesburg.<\/p>

His areas of academic interest include foreign policy, terrorism, counter-terrorism and early-career development. George E. Richards is in his 17th year of service to the Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in the Department of Criminal Justice, Anthropology, and Forensic Studies. He has been teaching at the university level for 26 years. Prior to his tenure at Edinboro University, he taught at the University of Akron, in the Indiana University system, and at the University of Louisville.<\/p>

Dr Richards\u2019 maintains an active research agenda that focuses on the criminal victimization of refugees and mental illness among first responders. He has regularly published in peer-reviewed and popular publications and frequently presents at regional, national, and international conferences on criminal justice-related topics. He was a Fulbright Senior Specialist in the Department of Criminology at Raksha Shakti University, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India during the Spring 2019 semester. During the Summer 2019 term, Dr Richards served with Prowibo as a lecturer at the University of Sierra Leone, Freetown, Sierra Leone.<\/p>

In 2017, Richards was named the \u201cAdvisor of the Year\u201d by Edinboro University. He won a similar honour in 2010 when he was selected as Edinboro University\u2019s \u201cEducator of the Year.\u201d Dr Richards is also a Distinguished Lecturer of Social Equity at Edinboro University. He earned board certification in security management with the Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation from the American Society for Industrial Security. Richards was the President of the Ohio Council of Criminal Justice Education for two terms and was a member of the Ethics and Professional Conduct Committee of the Ohio State Bar Association. He is currently a member of the President\u2019s Diversity Council at Edinboro University. He, his wife, and son reside in Cleveland, Ohio USA. He is the secretary general, of Efon Alaaye UK and Europe Association, when he was a member of the non-profit\u00a0Junior Chamber International he displayed his accounting prowess to service to humanity; In Rotary International he brings his knowledge in business and his leadership skills to supporting humanitarian services.\u00a0Titus\u00a0strives to completion in any task he is assigned. Yanoh was our Professor on Community Health and Model United Nations in Sierra Leone in the summer of 2017. She lives in New York City where she teaches at the New York Institute of Technology on community health. She has connections to Sierra Leone having worked for Helen Keller International in Freetown, Sustainable Development in Koinadugu, and research on Ebola in the region. She holds an MA in Public Health from Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York. Dr Noor Khan has a Masters in English from Lucknow University, Lucknow. She started her career as a lecturer in the English Department of Karamat Husain Muslim Girls\u2019 Post-Graduate College. During her initial years of teaching, she completed her PhD in English from the same University. Thereafter she was promoted to Associate Professor and later to the Head of the Department of English. In 2016 she became a Professor and Principal of the College. She retired from the job in June 2018.<\/p>

Noor Khan has been on the examination\/ selection\/ interview panels of various academic institutions & universities, Banking services recruitment boards, and the Ford Foundation Scholarship Programmes. She has also served in an honorary capacity on the advisory boards of government bodies such as the Indian Railways & Indian Telecom Department.<\/p>

She has also been involved extensively in social work for underprivileged girls\u2019 education and empowerment. For the past decade, she has been a core team member of Sanatkada, a weaves and crafts outlet in Lucknow which promotes craftwork from women\u2019s groups and works for gender justice, social equality and the upliftment of girls and women from marginalized communities.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Sipim Sornbanlang received her PhD and MPS. in International Relations from Chulalongkorn University, while earlier obtaining a BA in English from Chiang Mai University. She has extensive experience working in the public and private sector, with companies and government agencies, and more recently has entered academia as a lecturer at Srinakharinwirot University in Bangkok.<\/p>

Over the past couple of years, Sipim has served as a guest lecturer and moderator at many workshops and seminars dealing with migration, security issues for migrant workers, human trafficking, and globalization and its effects on countries and people living in Thailand and other southeast Asian countries. Sipim grew up in a rural community in northern Thailand and this experience has helped foster a deep commitment to improving human rights and human security issues; by promoting the political rights of women and migrant workers.\u00a0 One of Sipim\u2019s goals is to help reduce or hopefully eliminate poverty in Thailand and in other parts of the world. Much of Sipim\u2019s work revolves around finding practical ways to improve the standard of life for people, especially for underrepresented minorities. Currently, Sipim is working to expand Prowibo\u2019s presence in Thailand, Laos and Cambodia to bring quality educational experiences to students in rural areas.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Entrepreneurship consultant, trainer and facilitator, Nadine has a diverse background in social development and education. For 12 years, she has been coordinating a support service for diversity entrepreneurs in Brussels. For this committed woman, (social) entrepreneurship is one of the ways to respond to social inequalities and divisions: an effective lever that allows us to rethink the economic models of society.<\/p>
